I designed a CRM database for my company which has a calendar view to see the appointments for the assigned groups. I am trying to synchronize this calendar view with persons own calendar entrys(in their mail file).

How...?

I want to create appointments in my CRM database and when ever i do "Save and Send Invitations" it should send invitations to invitees and add that calendar entry to their personal calendar and also in the CRM database calendar view. Is is possible?

I did have the same form name and field names matched with my CRM form and _Calendar Entry form of mail database.

Is any body have ideas to help me.
